If I missed two credits in high school, didn't get my diploma, can my credits still be transfered?

Because of family issue, I couldnt get to take my econ and government class....meaning im not getting my diploma....there was a summer school option that i would have taken except im already enrolled, and taking a trading-school full time for the year. Is it possible to take econ and gov next year and still have all my credits and get my diploma? :(
