Bright futures regarding two classes withdrawn?

I'm currently taking Chem 2045 at UF and I have an F. Last spring I had to withdraw from Econ 2023 and now my bright futures is on on warning. If I drop Chem would I lose my bright futures? I heard you were allowed two dropped courses per 60 credits, what does that mean? I've tried looking on the bright futures website and I don't understand what I'm reading. Please help thanks
