Can I upgrade my vehicle from I9000 to 30000 if my salary has doubled from the last time.?

The present vehicle is I9000 and need to upgrade to a 30000 one.My salary / annual has doubled since I last applied for the I9000 finance. the rest at the personal life/ earning / spending / children/ investments. hasn't changed. Can I apply for a upgrade in my loan.
