If there's a language called Persian, why isn't there a language called Meowth or Pikachu?

On my Lingo translator, I recently discovered how the words looked in English letters in Persian. I don't remember those words though and it's associated with the Arabic button when you push down a certain number and I'm just wondering that if Persian is a Pokemon and that language was named after a Pokemon, why don't they name them after any other Pokemon? Why don't we have a language named Meowth, Persian's preevolved form or Pikachu or Raichu or Sandshrew, Haunter, Gengar, or Espeon and even Umbreon. But the language has to be called Persian instead. Why is that?
