If those Pokemon are leveled high enough then yes, it it an alright team. maybe about 10-15 levels over the Elite 4's. Do you have an Exp.Share? Attach it to Haunter. Keep Electabuzz for the first member of the E4. Rapidash can't do anything for you, I'd say go head and replace it with Hitmonchan. Make sure Blastoise knows an Ice attack.
