Should I give away my Flying type for a Ghost type Pokemon?

I want to get rid of my Fearow for my Haunter in Pokemon FireRed, but I don't know which to keep. Should I keep one or keep both and get rid of another one? My other Pokemon in my party are Nidorino, Charmeleon, Gyarados, and Exeggcute.
