Help with this career question?

So i am pre-med but an econ major. I really like medicine but am not sure what to do. I really think it would be awesome to work for a company like google, or etc in the business world. My problem is that I have good grades an I know that I like medicine and know I can get it but also I don't want to regret not doing something I might enjoy a little more. I have volunteered in hospital ERs and now am doing laboratory research. I know if I stay in medicine I can make money but are their any guarantees in the business world? any careers paths or specific internships to look at? I still want to live a good life like my parents. Having a nice car, etc.
