What's my chances for Berkeley?

Your chances are better for UCLA because you live in LA, and UC's give more priority to students in the immediate service area of the campus. You should apply to Berkeley, Stanford, CalTech, Davis, UCSB, UCSD, and UCI, and the Cal Poly's. With the current limitations on admissions, there's no telling what you might get, plus you need to apply to see what grants and scholarships you might get that could greatly tip the balance in favor of one over the rest.
