Is this a good Pokemon Soul Silver team to beat the elite 4?

yes this is a good team depending on their levels... the elite four and champion all have at least level 55 pokemon and the champion is drake and he uses dragon type pokemon and his weakest one is like level 68 so make sure your dragonite is at least level 50
