How can I beat the pokemon league in pearl version?

I'd say go back to victory road and catch some Pokemon, they are LV 44-47 I am sure they could help more then your Haunter, and other low leveled Pokemon. You should also get dark pulse tm it is in victory road that will help a lot with the physic elite four, maybe even level up your new team members at least one or two levels.
