Can someone please help me in Pokemon Soul Silver?

I need the tm thunderbolt so i can beat the 7th gym leader and I can't get it at that stupid voltorb flip game. If someone has a tm thunderbolt they can give me that would be awesome! Also can someone trade with me so my Haunter can evolve? Thanks!
